We co-hosted a luncheon with Charles Monat (Charles Monat Associates) at Rosewood Hong Kong for a group of 30 private bank clients.
The focus was Alzheimer's — specifically, what the science says about prevention and early detection. Prof. Mok (Vincent Mok), neurologist at CUHK and the doctor who developed BrainSpark with Humansa, led the session and took questions from the room. The discussion also touched on related legacy and wealth planning considerations, including the role of legal documents and structures such as enduring powers of attorney, wills, insurance and trusts.
BrainSpark screens for Alzheimer's risk using AI-driven retinal imaging — a non-invasive eye scan that can flag early signals before symptoms appear. All attending clients were offered a complimentary BrainSpark assessment at our Victoria Dockside centre, and the group joined us afterward for a tour of the flagship.
Cognitive health is increasingly part of the longevity conversation — and increasingly important for us to get ahead of. It's never too late or too early to start.
