At Humansa, we believe the future of society—and our collective health—deserves more than a standard conference panel. It deserves altitude, honesty, and time.

Recently, we co-hosted The Andermatt Collective 2026 in the Swiss Alps alongside Bridgehouse (Bridgehouse.co). For three days, away from the noise, an extraordinary group of investors, executives and thinkers gathered to ask better questions about the decade ahead—shifting the goalpost from simply living longer to optimizing healthspan.

Transforming Healthspan from Concept to Practice

Our Hong Kong and Switzerland teams guided leaders through a hands-on, data-driven approach to longevity and performance:

  • Establishing Baselines: Utilizing our AI-powered Healthspan Assessment to give leaders a clear, objective view of physical state.
  • Listening to the Data: Reading early body signals before they become roadblocks.
  • Reframing Rest: Treating recovery as a rigorous discipline, rather than a conditional reward.

True well-being isn't a once-a-year retreat—it is a continuous, enjoyable practice that belongs in the daily life of anyone leading anything.

Fueling High-Performance Dialogue

This physical and mental foundation created space for monumental global topics. It fueled Oxford-style dialogues on geopolitics and economic transformation with Erik Solheim and Dr. Brian Wong, and explorations into education with Jude Kelly CBE. We hiked the Alps with IRONMAN Champion Mark Allen to redefine endurance, and explored mental resilience with Olympian Yvette Kong, OLY.

The Real Luxury

Not everything of value can be bought. Some things only become clear when we make space to notice them—our health, our energy, and the moments that matter most. That perspective is the ultimate luxury.

Our sincere thanks to our co-hosts Kenny Lam and Naguib S. Sawiris, our partners Bridgehouse, The Chedi Andermatt, and Andermatt Swiss Alps, our speakers, and every guest who elevated the conversation. We also extend a special thank you to HSBC Life for sponsoring the Humansa Dinner, extending these transformative discussions into the evening.

A question we asked our guests, which we now ask you: What is one small change you can make right now to invest in your healthspan?
