The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

禮品卡自購買日起有效期為十二個月。逾期後任何未使用之餘額將被作廢，並不可兌換或退款。
2. Gift Card Denominations
Gift cards are available in the denominations of HKD1,000; HKD3,000, HKD 5,000 and HKD10,000.
面額
禮品卡面額包括港幣1,000元、港幣3,000元、港幣5,000元及港幣10,000元。
3. Usage Locations
The gift card can be exclusively for payment of products and services at Humansa Victoria Dockside Centre (“VD”) and Humansa Physio & Fitness Centres (“Fitness”).
Initial activation requires the physical presentation of the gift card at VD. Customers must bring the physical card to VD where front desk staff will assist in activating the card’s credit via the Humansa APP.
Gift card credit can only be redeemed offline at VD and Fitness centres. Staff will use the Humansa APP to redeem the credit for products and/or services. Partial payments combining gift card credit with other payment methods are accepted if the purchase exceeds the card balance.

7. Promotions and Limitations
The credit is applicable exclusively to standard promotions for general customers and cannot be combined with other special offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
優惠及限制
禮品卡餘額僅適用於一般顧客之標準推廣優惠，除非另有明確說明，否則不可與其他特別優惠或折扣同時使用。
8. Non-Transferability and Restrictions
Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Cardholders cannot resell, broker, or use the gift card for promotional or commercial resale without Humansa’s prior written consent.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded, unless in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Humansa.
除非在 Humansa 全權酌情認定的特殊情況下，遺失或被竊之禮品卡將不予補發或退款。
Humansa reserves the right to withhold or reject redemption, suspend or cancel a gift card if it has reason to suspect fraud, misuse, tampering, or if required to comply with applicable law. Humansa shall not be liable for any losses arising from such action taken in good faith.
Humansa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will apply to gift cards issued after the amendment date and to existing gift cards where permitted by law. Humansa will publish updated terms and conditions in accordance with its policies.
