2.The promotion period ends on February 28, 2026. 

3.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services. 

4.Appointments must be made at least two working days in advance. Any changes or cancellations require at least two working days’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment (subject to availability). 

5.Specific service details must be confirmed in advance at the time of booking. Any late changes (e.g., changes requested on the day of the appointment) will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

6.Humansa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

7.In case of any disputes, Humansa’s decision shall be final. 

8.In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 

9.These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
