1.This offer is applicable only to first-time customers aged 18 or above for Humansa’s medical aesthetic skin treatments.

2.The promotion period ends on March 31, 2026. 

3.Each customer may purchase up to 6 treatment sets under this promotion. 

4.The purchased treatments must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. 

5.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services. 

6.Appointments must be made at least two working days in advance. Any changes or cancellations require at least two working days’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment (subject to availability). 

7.Specific service details must be confirmed in advance at the time of booking. Any late changes (e.g., changes requested on the day of the appointment) will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

8.Humansa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

9.In case of any disputes, Humansa’s decision shall be final. 

10.In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 

11.These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
